Excellent service. I live in the US and had first ordered from FTD, but two days later they informed me that they couldn't deliver a plant to England on the 2nd of Jan, but they could on the 3rd. I cancelled that order. Luckily i found Direct2florist. I had never heard of them before, so was not sure, as had some issues with unknown orders in the past, but i did order flowers. My order was received and i was surprised to even receive an email telling me which florist in the UK would be delivering them, The flowers were delivered today the 2nd and my Mum was thrilled with them. The flowers had to be delivered on the 2nd , as today is her 102nd birthday. Thank you so much for taking care of this order and making my mum's birthday special while i am so far away. Great job. I have used Bunches and Bows in Brandon before, but as I work full time, it is sometimes difficult to remember to call. I used the website and found it easy to use. Wonderful customer service. I forgot to order flowers for my sister in advanced and did not calculate the time difference when I did go to order a bouquet. There was a variety of beautiful bouqeuts to choose from! I chose beautiful red rose bouquet, then got an email that the florist did not have enough red roses and was going to incorporate different colors as well to make sure that the flowers get delivered in time. My sister did receive the beautiful bouquet on her birthday (the day of my order technically) and the bouquet looked absolutely beautiful. Many thanks!

My wife currently lives in the UK and I live in the US. I’ve used Direct2florist several times now and they haven’t let me down yet. A great selection of fantastic arrangements and florists to work with to help make the distance apart not quite so bad. I’ll definitely continue to use them. Highly recommend!

Flowers were very nice. The container was not as pictured which was disappointing. The delivery was excellent’nOnly downside was the container was not as pictured. Delivery was spot on.

Ordered flowers for my Aunts 90th Birthday & they were delivered the same day. My Aunt was very happy with her beautiful flowers. I would certainly order with Direct2florist again & recommend their website to family & friends.My Aunt who received the flowers said that they were absolutely beautiful & so many of them in her bouquet.

I live in the US and my wife is living in the UK. I've used Direct2florist a several times now to send her flowers on special occasions or just to let her know that I miss her.
